Top floor

The upper floor is connected to the first floor via an open gallery. Here you will find the living room with a huge semi-circular sofa and 75-inch OLED TV. At the back is the bedroom on the lake side with a 180 cm bed and reading chair. The bedroom on the forest side also has a 180 cm bed and a 55-inch TV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Ground floor

Come in - on the first floor you will find the open, light-flooded kitchen. The blue waters of Lake Como glisten through all the windows. At the back of the floor you will find two large bedrooms. The one on the lake side has a 180 cm wide bed and a desk. The room on the forest side has a 160 cm wide bed and a TV.

Untergeschoss

Do you need to do some work while on vacation? That's not so bad in our professionally equipped office with a lake view. Here you will find two large desks with exclusive swivel chairs. If you want, you can connect your notebook to one of the two 46-inch monitors. On this floor you will also find another bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a Miele washing machine and dryer, and a garage for 2 cars.

Garden

You will also be amazed by the panoramic lake view from the large garden. The terrace with large dining table and parasol is accessible at ground level from the kitchen. Here you can enjoy your breakfast or marvel at the sunset with a glass of wine. In front of the house there is a large sunbathing area with deckchairs and loungers, also with an unobstructed view of the lake.
